I’ve been a tourist from Vancouver for several decades. I’d rent an apartment for a couple weeks each year near Los Muertos beach whilst taking a pleasant break out of teaching sewa rumah jakarta.
Jeff and Cindy came at PV for the first time, such as most, on a cruise boat, 9 decades back. They returned the next year and bought 4 months at a time-share, which they used annually till they retired two decades back, and bought their dream holiday home in Conchas Chinas.
When returning the subsequent high season they discovered that their home was a wreck. There was rain harm and all of their plants had expired. Apparently their friendly neighbor didn’t cover as much attention into the home as promised. A number of these utility bills were outstanding too. Obviously this situation destroyed their homecoming. It was then that they chose to get a home sitter, since they had done with their cabin by the lake at B.C previously.
It was not long until we came into an agreement regarding what they expected of me (cover the invoices, keep their home like they had been there, treat repairs, etc.) After they left PV from the spring, so I transferred in.
Imagine living in a great home close to the shore. I liked the serenity and luxury of their house and completed my job.
They had been so please if they returned that they asked me when I could stay again this season…Hmmmmm…
There are lots of benefits of having a sitter instead that leaving your home empty. Whether you’re planning a two week holiday, a visit for 3 weeks or a complete year sabbatical, there’s always the question at the back of your mind: Who can care for my property?
